All proceeds from the tournament will go to Franklin County high school seniors attending college after graduation.


HOW TO ENTER

1) Read the waiver section of the team application and distribute it to the other players on your team.
2) Copy or "cut" the application information between the rows of stars (****), paste it into a MS Word
document and fill out entry form (all players must read and sign the application)
3) Deadline for entry is April 2, 2001. Return the application and fee separately (see below).

I understand that there are risks connected with my participation in the Drewry-Luke Scholarship Fund 3-On-3 Basketball Tournament. I release and discharge Bryan Drewry, Bill Luke, the Drewry-Luke Scholarship Fund Board of Directors, all event sponsors, and the YMCA from all actions, suits, and demands whatsoever in law and equity, including but not limited to risk or injury from playing in the tournament and risk of loss of personal property by theft, vandalism, or destruction.

TEAM RULES:

1) This is an open tournament. Only 1 division
2) Teams may have a maximum of five players.
3) One Male and One Female must be on the court at all times.
4) This is a double-elimination tournament with a consolation bracket.
5) Games will be played on a half court.
6) Scoring 2 pts per basket, 3 pts from behind the arc. Make it, Take it Format. Games will be played to a maximum of 25 points, or the first team to win by 2.
7) Players will call their own fouls and violations. We will have referees for the semi-finals and finals.
8) We reserve the right to disqualify teams for lack of rosters, incomplete registration, or game no-shows.
9) We reserve the right to eject players, fans, and spectators from the tournament for cause.
